We are committed to supporting the local population in Angola and trying to improve living conditions in the region with the help of our agricultural operation.
Create jobs
We want to create fairly paid jobs for the local population to guarantee them a stable source of income. This will enable them to better support their own families and also promote their own entrepreneurial ventures.
We place great value on promoting traditional agricultural knowledge and expanding it through modern cultivation methods. We consciously refrain from using chemical fertilizers and distinguish ourselves through 100% organic products. The soil is cultivated in such a way that it can also be used by future generations.
Our workers are directly involved in the process design, thus avoiding bias. The ideas for our project come from the local population.
Promoting the local economy
A key objective is to increase local food production to reduce dependence on imports. By promoting regional agriculture, we aim to improve food security and strengthen the local economy.
Furthermore, we intend to invest in local infrastructure to improve public life. These investments aim to increase the population's quality of life by providing access to better facilities and services. These investments will be implemented as soon as the costs of operating the project exceed the break-even point.
Modernisation of the village community
The villagers should all benefit equally from the "Plantation Tumba". Therefore, our profits are invested in supporting local community projects and modernizing the village. This is urgently needed due to the extreme poverty in the region.
